Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Aglexs. We want you to shop with confidence. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before submitting a return request or requesting a refund.

Return Eligibility

We accept return requests for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused or in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in the original packaging
  • All accessories, manuals and included parts must be returned together
  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective or incorrect:

  • Items that show signs of misuse, damage or modification caused by the customer
  • Items returned without original packaging, accessories or parts
  • Clearance or final sale items, where stated

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@aglexs.com and provide:

  • Your order number
  • The product name
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The wrong item is delivered
  • The order is cancelled before shipment
  • A return is approved and the returned item passes inspection

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be issued in the following cases:

  • The package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • The customer refuses to accept the package without a valid reason
  • The product shows signs of misuse, improper installation, modification or customer-caused damage
  • The return request is made outside the eligible return period

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a product defect, shipping damage or an error on our part, we will provide an appropriate solution based on the situation.

If the return is requested for personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong item or no longer wanting the product, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@aglexs.com.

If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel it and issue a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your payment provider and bank processing times.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos or videos along with your order number.

After reviewing the case, we may offer a replacement, partial refund or full refund depending on the situation.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the expected processing period, please first check with your bank or payment provider. If you still need assistance, please contact us at support@aglexs.com.
